How do I use a shampoo cap?

To use a shampoo cap, simply remove the cap from the packaging.  If warming place in the microwave for around 20 seconds.  Always check the temperature is comfortable before placing on your head.   The caps can also be used cold straight from the pack.  Tuck all hair inside the cap and begin to massage your hair through the shampoo cap for 3 minutes.  Remove and towel dry thoroughly to remove dirt and grease from your hair.  Comb and style as normal.  Please place the use cap in the bin and NEVER flush.
