I regularly purchase these wipes for my elderly mum who has mobility issues. She thinks they're fantastic—leaving her fresh and clean round the clock. They've been great for her sensitive skin, they don't crinkle up when using them so it's ready for her to wipe herself down with no help. Absolutely love Fresh Wipes. Makes camping in my campervan so easy. My very favourite camping is on the very small sites which often don’t have showering facilities but that’s not a problem with Fresh Wipes, I always feel “fresh”.

Who are Freshwipes for?
Anyone who needs to stay fresh when showering isn't possible. Our customers include people recovering from surgery, those with limited mobility or chronic illness, carers looking after loved ones, menopausal women managing hot flushes, HGV drivers on long hauls, campers and festival-goers, hikers, parents, commuters, cyclists, and anyone juggling long shifts or busy days.

What are FreshWipes made from?
Plant-based cellulose fibres. Each wipe is roughly A4-sized, thick, biodegradable, and can be composted or binned.
Can I flush FreshWipes down the toilet?
The only things that should be flushed down the toilet are poo, pee, and (toilet) paper! Anything else should be responsibly disposed of in the bin, including Freshwipes.
What are the antibacterial ingredients, and are they safe?
Chlorhexidine Digluconate (found in Savlon and Corsodyl) and Benzalkonium Chloride. Both are low enough to avoid irritation, commonly used in hospitals and care settings, and strong enough to remove odour-causing bacteria.
Can I use FreshWipes all over?
Yes, on most external areas of your body. Avoid your face and eyes. If the product gets in your eyes, rinse thoroughly with water and seek medical advice if irritation continues.
Why are Freshwipes more expensive than baby wipes?
Baby wipes are small, thin, tear easily, and don't tackle body odour. You'd need 10+ to clean your whole body.

Our 12-pack weighs nearly double a typical baby wipe pack (367g vs 100-200g) because each wipe is saturated with cleaning solution. Plus, free UK delivery is included.
Can I use your wipes if I'm allergic to Chlorhexidine?
Unfortunately not – our wipes and light floral shampoo caps contain Chlorhexidine (found in Savlon, Germolene, and some mouthwashes).
If you develop a red, itchy rash, wash the area with soap and water (soap deactivates Chlorhexidine) and stop using the product. Inform your doctor so they can update your medical notes.
Our rinse-free body cleansing foam and ocean fresh shampoo caps are Chlorhexidine-free!
Are Freshwipes suitable for children?
Yes, Freshwipes are suitable for children OVER the age of 3. For babies and toddlers, stick to products specifically designed for infant skin, such as baby wipes.
Are the Government banning wet wipes?
The short answer is no. The government is only banning plastic wet wipes, and Freshwipes do not contain plastic.
Do you offer samples?
Unfortunately not at this time. If you would like to try a packet, please go ahead and order and you are welcome to return them if you are not happy for a full refund. We have sold over 2M packs and have a return rate of less than 0.1%!
My item hasn't arrived what should I do?
Please allow 4-5 working days for standard delivery (although normally it is much quicker than that) If your item is still not with you, please check that a neighbour or family member has not taken them in for you. We send all items tracked, so please check your order confirmation for the tracking link (check your spam folder if you can't find it) - otherwise, please use the chat assistant function on our website which can help you locate your order.
I've come out in a rash, what should I do?
If you come out in a rash, have itchy skin, or experience any swelling after using our body wipes (or shampoo caps!), please wash the area with soap and water and discontinue use. Please seek medical advice from your GP as you may have an allergy. If medical advice is needed, please take the packet with you.
How many wipes are in a pack?
There are 12 extra-large antibacterial body wipes in each pack and 10 of the 20x15cm wipes in each pack of MINIS.
