Hi, I’m Liz - founder of FreshWipes and former medical rep turned accidental hygiene trailblazer!

FreshWipes was born in 2020 from a very real problem: what do you do when you can’t shower - but still want to feel clean, confident, and, well… human? Whether it’s illness, surgery recovery, menopause, mobility issues, or caring for someone else - staying fresh shouldn’t be so hard.

So I created FreshWipes™ - biodegradable, antibacterial body wipes designed for grown-ups. They’re not just baby wipes in bigger packaging. They’re large, thick, extra wet, plastic-free and laced with Chlorhexidine, a hospital-grade ingredient that genuinely tackles body odour.

And people noticed.

Since launching from my kitchen table near Eastbourne, we’ve:

• Gained over 7,000 five-star reviews

• Won multiple awards (with more on the way!)

• Grown a fiercely loyal community of carers, athletes, truckers, HRT warriors, adaptive GB athletes, and everyday people just trying to feel like themselves again

• Been stocked by Amazon, QVC, and Superdrug.com - and from June 2025, you’ll find us in all good pharmacies and hospital shops across the UK 🎉

We now offer a full range of rinse-free personal care products, including:

• Our original biodegradable body wipes (30x20cm - basically a shower in a pack)

• Rinse-free foaming body wash

• Shampoo caps for waterless hair cleansing

• Biodegradable intimate wipes

• And a few cheeky extras (like flannels and wet wipe holders) that our customers asked for - so we made them!

All our wipes are 100% biodegradable and plastic-free. They break down in compost within 90–120 days. Even our packaging uses recycled or recyclable materials wherever possible, because caring for your body shouldn’t come at the planet’s expense.
